- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup plain or Greek yogurt (you can also use coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp chia seeds (for topping)
